I can design as well as I possibly can, I can get the best suppliers to manufacture my scarves and I can hope to get in as many magazines as I can. But without the support and enthusiasm of the wonderful people working in the accessories hall and their wonderful willingness to help my customers choose colours, help them with ways to wear their Susannagh Grogan scarf and their general enthusiasm and utter professionalism, I wouldn’t have a business. So one of my favourite parts of my job is going to the stores for staff training. We discuss my inspiration behind my last scarf collection and conversation invariably goes off into a mutual love of fashion and accessories.
This week I has the pleasure of visiting Brown Thomas Galway, Limerick and Cork and loved it seeing the stores, the fabulous displays, all the beautiful clothes, and accessories and of course the incredibly floor staff.
